When is the deadline to register?
You must register two weeks before the camp begins. You can register early to get the early-bird discount. We will accept registrations as long as spots are available and up to two weeks before the camp you want to register for begins. Nevertheless, call us to see what we can do for you if the deadline passed.
How do I enroll my child? What is the registration process?
First, research what camp and session, if applicable, would work best for your camper and you. Our programs can be found at: programs list. There, click on the specific program you are interested. Fill out the available registration form and we will contact you to verify registration and send you medical and waiver forms to sign and send back to us.
Once you arrange for transportation to and from camp, contact us and let us know.
How can I pay for camp?
You can pay by check, money order, or credit card. Sorry, we don’t accept cash. If you register online, payment must be by credit card.
I can’t afford the full cost of camp. Do you provide financial support?
We understand the economical situations we may find ourselves in. However, we do not think it should prevent a camper to enjoy a fun-filled summer. We provide a Tuition Assistance Program (TAP). With TAP, we will look at your household income from last year as well as any other supporting documents. From there, we will determine how much of your campers’ cost we can cover. We will send a free fundraising packet for your camper to fundraise for the rest of the cost. Often local clubs (Sertoma, Lion’s Club, Kiwanis’s, deaf clubs, etc) will help with your cost.
Will my camp spot be held if I send in just a registration form?
No. We require a completed registration form accompanied by payment in order for a camp spot to be help. Full-payment should be made at least two weeks prior to the beginning of camp, or you must make formal payment arrangements by contacting office@aspencamp.org. We can work out arrangements to fit your needs when given enough time.

There may be the occasional nights where we will sleep outside in a tent or a teepee.

Our number one priority is safety for all that are involved with the program.
All of our team members have been through a rigourious background check, FBI fingerprinting, and drug tests. Team members are trained in child care, crisis intervention, wilderness emergency preparation, CPR, and First Aid. The maximum ratio of staff to camper is 1 : 6
We also have a Camp Nurse and Therapist available 24/7 to our campers and team members.

Just make the proper indication on your child’s health form, and be sure to bring enough medication or dietary supplements for your child’s entire stay at camp. Contact us in advance if you have any questions or concerns. We work with all types of medical and dietary needs including: diabetics, gluten-free, specific allergies, vegetarianism, veganism, etc. Our Chef may contact you to clarify your requests.
