Because we believe in team work, we have a non-traditional system of managing team members and vision. Everyone is respected as a contributing team member in their own expertise.
The Board of Trustees inspires the camp by overseeing the mission, vision, and attitude of the camp. Committees guided by the board helps with research, action planning, and resources. The director is the mediator and decision maker that organizes the programs, team, and financial health. The operations leaders and team members are those who really get the job done: bringing the participants to camp, making the programs amazingly fun and educational, and being a role model to many. Volunteers and donors are also a huge part as they help provide the resources needed to keep Aspen Camp’s fire aglow.
