Thank you for your interest in joining the Aspen Camp family. We welcome all qualified applicants and are always looking for fresh talent to help our dynamic organization grow.
Please review our story to learn more about our mission and why we’re here. (Psst, this is a good place to study for your interviews.)
Counselors-In-Training
For leaders between the ages of 16 to 18, we have CIT positions available. As a CIT, you’ll be able to enjoy the programs while getting a taste of the counselor world.
Application Process
We have full-time, part-time, and seasonal positions at Aspen Camp. We will post positions on this page when they become available. We love team members who are friendly, outgoing, flexible, patient, and professional while being able to remain neat and substance-free. Team members will also need to perform manual duties from prolonged standing to heavy lifting.
Seasonal positions will run through weekends and holidays during the period you are chosen for. Start dates for seasonal positions range from January to June with ending dates from May through September. Exceptions to the deadline will be marked on the job posting.
We take serious measures to protect our visitors, especially our youth. A FBI and Colorado background check will be required of all chosen applicants. Drug tests will be required for all team members upon arrival and may be randomly requested at any time during your term at Aspen Camp. Colorado Statute prohibits us to hire applicants who has been convicted of a felony.
Please submit your application as early as possible to increase your chances of being chosen. For example, apply in the summer or fall of 2014 if you want to work during 2015. We will screen and do interview during early fall for winter/spring programs and late winter for summer/fall programs.
We are an equal opportunity employer.
