Meet Chef Christopher Keating, Executive

In this 4-day program, participants will
interact with top Chefs at RockResorts, learn
about all the disciplines within culinary arts,
and receive a culinary handbook and certificate
of performance from RockResorts upon completion. Chef Christopher
Keating, Executive Chef Hotel Jerome in Aspen,

personally contribute his passion for the
Culinary Arts during this workshop.

Program
starts 3:00pm Friday, June 27th and closes at
1:00pm Monday, June 30th. A full
itinerary will be sent out upon registration.
Please note that this workshop requires a lot of
standing for long periods of time.
Accommodations, meals, and local
transportation to workshop venues are included
in the $300 fee. Only prerequisite is an
interest in learning more about Culinary Arts as
a potential career choice.
Van transportation either to/from Denver or
Aspen airports is also included in the workshop
fee pending arrival and departures are within
pick-up times. For Denver, please arrive no
later than 11:00am on Friday, June 27th and
depart no earlier than 6:45pm on Monday, June
30th.)

by May 15, 2008. Space is limited. You must be a
High School graduate, in college, or an adult
interested in a possible career change. No
scholarships available.
